Each CDM Engineering project is staffed with a dedicated project superintendent supported by a project manager, general superintendent and safety coordinators. This management team is supported by talented craftsmen who are skilled in every aspect of concrete construction. Regular on-site project and safety meetings keep the lines of communication open internally among the team as well as externally with the client so there are no surprises along the way. Our culture is what makes us stand out. CDM Engineering historically has maintained, even in hard economic times, a low rate of attrition. A LARGE FLEET OF EQUIPMENT

Early on we learned the value of owning our own equipment. Not only does it keep our costs down, it also gives us more control in scheduling our projects. This allows us to provide the "get in and get out" service our clients have come to expect.

We've invested more than $25 million in our fleet which includes pump trucks, laser screeds, laser graders, dozers backhoes and continues to grow with the demands of our business. This means when you call CDM Engineering, we're ready to get started! And, we have the right equipment readily available for multiple projects.

While much of our stability has come with age, our financial strength is enhanced by our banking and bonding capacity along with strong supplier relationships. Our size allows us to make volume buys of materials, which translates into savings for our clients, no matter how small or large the project.
